Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident buying from KingsRoad1990. These are one-off vintage pieces, chosen carefully and described in detail, and we understand that buying clothing online always involves a degree of trust.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you may return an item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unworn and unaltered
- returned in the same condition it was sent
- carefully repackaged
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once the return is received and checked, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Because stock is one-off, we encourage careful reading of measurements and descriptions before purchasing. If you’re unsure about fit or details, you’re always welcome to ask before buying.
Faults or damage
If an item arrives with damage that was not noted in the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs.
We will always aim to resolve this fairly, whether that means a refund, partial refund, or another appropriate solution.
Sale items
Items clearly marked as sale, final sale, or part of the £5 shop are sold at a reduced price and are not eligible for return for change of mind, unless faulty.
Any faults or wear will always be noted in the description.
A note on vintage clothing
Vintage pieces may show signs of age or gentle wear consistent with their history. We describe condition carefully and photograph details wherever possible, but minor imperfections are part of what makes vintage clothing distinctive.
